We need highly skilled Project Management experts with problem solving abilities and extensive hands-on knowledge of Primavera software. Our ideal candidate is capable of teaching, mentoring and performing work for clients with little guidance and is able to assess business needs quickly.

Qualifications:

• Highly skilled and experienced in the use of Primavera 4.1 or higher including familiarization with what has changed in 5.0 products (Project Manager, Timesheets, myPrimavera, etc.). Experienced user of the software’s functionality as well as the table structures and how the various suites of applications are integrated with each other. Experience in the configuration and set up of P3e v4.x or higher and knowledge of myPrimavera is a must. Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suites, database concepts and complex report design are a plus.

Candidates considered will have a strong background in project management and have proven success in a lead position.

Professional Instructor

Driven and motivated instructors wanted! Catalyst is seeking professional instructors for our Midwest and East Coast operations. Headquartered out of one of our satellite offices, our professional instructors will teach pre-designed coursework in Primavera software and project management principles to both AEC and Enterprise environments. Requirements include BS/BA degree with 2 years minimum experience in a teaching environment, energetic demeanor, excellent verbal skills and a personal drive to exceed student expectations. Technological or mathematical background is a plus. Travel of up to 50% required.

Contract Manager Implementation Experts (Formerly known as Expedition)

Catalyst has immediate openings for highly skilled consultants with extensive hands-on knowledge of Primavera Expedition® software, version 9.0 or higher. Successful candidates will assist our customers with procurement and contract management. Our ideal candidates will be capable of teaching, mentoring, and doing work for clients with little guidance and will be able to assess business needs quickly. Primary responsibilities include set up and configuration of the tool, schedule analysis, evaluating our client’s business needs for reports and change management processes and implementing them with key personnel, as well as some claims support information gathering. Position requires travel between 75% and 100%(home every weekend)

Scheduling Engineering Consultants

These expert consultants are experienced in using Primavera scheduling tools to provide project management solutions for our customers. Our scheduling engineers are full-time employees of Catalyst, not contractors, so the commitment to our clients is reflected in workmanship. Scheduling consultants will assist in developing enterprise project schedules, Primavera implementation and project cost control. Requirements of the position would include recent hands-on scheduling experience utilizing primavera software, strong leadership and team building skills. Position requires travel between 75% and 100% (home every weekend).
