Project Management in Primavera P6 Web Access (101)
This course provides hands-on training for Oracle's Project Portfolio Management Web-based solution. Participants will use Oracle Primavera to create a project, create activities and relationships, customize activity views, assign resources, adjust the project plan to account for schedule delays and overallocated resources, and analyze portfolios. Participants also will customize dashboards. Hands-on workshops help students create and track an entire project to completion.
P6 Basic Project Management Course (102)
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera's client/server based solution. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands on workshops that create and track an entire project schedule including resources and costs.
P6 Advanced Project Management Course (106P)
This course provides in-depth project management training in P6 client-server-based solution, building off skills learned in the basic course (102). Topics include earned value analysis, updating baselines, importing and exporting project data, and top-down budgeting.
Contract Management Basic Course (201)
This three-day course provides an overview of Primavera’s Contract Management features while discussing its use in project cost control and document management.
Additional topics include logging and tracking submittals, recording project communication, awarding procurement items, and using contracts, purchase orders, and trends.
Primavera Contractor Course (700)
This course provides an overview of Primavera Contractor. The course is a hands on approach to the software. It examines how Primavera contractor is used in Project Management for project planning, scheduling, control and analysis.
P3 - Planning & Scheduling with Primavera Project Planner (601)
Get started with P3 through hands-on basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling while learning P3. This three day course leads you through nine hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion using the three basic elements of project management; schedules, resources, and costs.
Migrating from P3 to P6 Course (108)
This two-day course is specially designed for users moving from Primavera Project Planner (P3) to Primavera Project Management (P5/P6). Numerous charts list how P3 fields and functionality map to P5/P6, enabling users to leverage their existing knowledge of P3 and rapidly adapt to new features in P5/P6 and introduces new ways to view layouts and run reports. The course also details how basic tasks in the project management life cycle are executed in P5/P6, including how to create activities, assign and analyze resources, and update the project plan.
Introduction to SureTrak Project Manager Course (401)
This two-day course provides a comprehensive overview of SureTrak Project Manager. It examines how to use SureTrak for project planning, scheduling, controls and analysis.
Infomaker Course
This two-day course provides a working knowledge of the InfoMaker report writer as it is used in conjunction with Primavera"s Contract Management Software. The course is divided into a day and a half of InfoMaker discussion with the second afternoon reserved for hands-on report development. Students should bring 2-3 Contract Manager reports/forms that they would like to create or modify.
