Return and Refund Policy

Training
- Class must be paid for prior to scheduled class date. Denial of any charge from the credit card issuing company or credit card holder will constitute non-payment. Entrance to the class maybe denied for non-payment.
- Student will receive reminder of the class and payment 5-10 days prior to class day.
- A full refund will be issued to the student if the class is cancelled by Catalyst
and the student is unable to attend any other available scheduled class.
- If a student requests a refund, the amount paid for the class will be refunded in full except for:
- Student cancelling their attendance and requesting a refund, for any reason, 10 days or less prior to the start of the class will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
- Student that rescheduled their attendance to another scheduled class 10 days or less prior to the original class will be assessed a 10% rescheduling fee.
