Catalyst has demonstrated a history of expert proficiency in construction scheduling and project controls using Primavera software. As a certified Primavera Solution Provider and Authorized Representative, Catalyst associates have developed deep knowledge of the Primavera software and in applying Primavera functionality appropriately to meet a variety of project requirements. Throughout its history, Catalyst has provided these services for hundreds of public and private companies in many construction industry segments to build, manage, and analyze project schedules.

Activities performed on these projects include providing complete project schedule analysis, identifying performance risks, proposing modifications to schedules, analyzing effects of contractor delays, negotiating resolution of time extensions with the contractor and providing documentation supporting the delay claim process.
